Refund policy
At Ghoul Guard Visors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Include any tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To begin a return, please contact us at ghoulguardshields@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at ghoulguardshields@gmail.com. We'll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
